My transactions are deleiver to another number & my privacy is leaked from an year

Earlier I was working with a Private company & company has given SIM card also .ICICI bank opened Salary account & registered company provided SIM number over there.
Now when I change my company I requested bank to change old number to my personnel number for the account number,Bank said that will done it .
But it has not done anyway .Bow that old company operated Sim is using by one of my colleague in old company & he knows everything about my bank transaction .Even he knows my salary also .
So request is to give a good punishment to ICICI BANK so that they never repeat such mistakes in future .
