MI Company refunded amount But Bank doesn't credit in my Hdfc A/c.

I purchased a Mobile Through MI apps on dated 29 Nov. 2019. Owing to some technical problem my order cancelled and amount refunded by merchant. After that i raised complain many times to Hdfc bank through mail to refund in my a/c Still amount not refunded in my a/c, many times taking time to resolve the issue But all Concerning team (Bottom to Up) fails. So i eventualy take help to its.
