I am Purnima Das Mondal. I have a salary account and a loan at this bank.

In this lockdown my mother suffered a massive brain stroke. A huge amount of money has been spent to heal my mother.

Now my financial condition is very bad, so I will be very much benefited if I get the RBI's moratorium facility.

According to RBI rules, the bank is not giving me this facility even after showing the message of EMI moratorium from the bank and also showing all the medical certificates of my mother. Instead of that EMI of 2 months (The first EMI is for April which was deducted in May without late fee, and the second EMI was for the month of May which was deducted on the 30th may, before the end of the month) are cuts together.

Many times even going to the bank is not profitable, the bank manager is turning me over and over again. I have given the application to the bank manager and there is also no benefit in it.

My point is that:-
1. Since the EMI of the April was cut in May, then why the late fee was not deducted.
2. According to the rules of RBI, the facility of moratorium will be available till August,
then why the bank is not allowing me to take this facility.
