re :- fraudulent transactions

i would like to inform you that one fraudulent transactions had been made on 30.11.19 in four terms of amount rs. 10000/, 10023.60/, 10000/-, 10023.60/- consecutively. i made complaint to police station then to branch manager giving all documents. after 10 days over i made one complaint to grievance cell no.121274939818 but still today it is showing pending. what will i do?
