I,had cancelled 4 ticket on IRCTC website on 19th Jan, 2019 but till today i have not received the refund of the same if i, contact irctc they are saying that we have refunded to payee bank (zaak pay bank) but my question is how irctc has given permission to that payee bank in payment gateway. kindly help us to get the refund and following are the PNR No. of IRCTC 1) 4707507529 2)8714231677 3) 8714231378 4) 4453665071 as per irctc refund will take max 4 -7 days but till date i have not received any refunds
