1. I had lodged complaint regarding illegal payment of Rs 3333/- is made from my saving account no 32012236968 to a firm by name CAPFLOAT FIN SER on 02 Nov 18. My complaint was registered SBI SCM vide ticket no 4944991929. However despite my request through internet banking second payment to same firm has been made by SBI staff, this reflects that some SBI staff is also playing in the hands of this firm. Here I would like to inform you that this firm has cheated us by giving false input regarding mode of payment. Surprisingly, the signature obtained on the form does not tally with the SBI account records so how SBI staff has agreed to transfer my money to this firm.

2. Following immediate actions requested :-
(a) Stoppage of payment from my SB acct 32012236968 to CAPFLOAT FIN SER .
(b) Recover the already paid amount from above firm i.e. Rs 3333/- X 2 = Rs 6666/- and same be credited back to my account.
(c) Action against the SBI staff who helped this firm to get money from my account without tallying the signature.

3. Request stop payment to this firm else other options viz approaching vigilance dept, legal course or closure of account will be resorted by me.
