Sir,
On 30.06.2023, my Vehicle No, UP16AR9630 Santro Xing went from Dasna to Duhai using Eastern Peripheral Expressway and when I left the expressway way at Duhai at 10:24 Am, toll will be deducted Rs.185/- instead of Rs.15/-. I already scanned my Fastag at Dasna toll. and when I came back and use expressway at Duhai, I also scanned my fastag but when I came at Dasna Toll then Rs.15/- will be deducted and I have received the message 10:42 PM on same day at night. I paid a toll Rs.200/- instead of Rs.25/-. So please check and revert my balance amount Rs.175/- to my fastag account. A message also furnished on my mobile that Tag 34161FA820328EE8 17567660 for Vehicle No. UP16AR9630 has been hotlisted due to negative balance. Recharge now via whatsapp by messaging 'Hi" to 95555 55555.IDFC first bank.
