ICICI Bank employees Misguide & wasted my money.

Actuall I want to tell you that i have submitted my all documents to ICICI bank employees for home loan against my property. As per bank employees guidance i provided all documents to banks . Banks employees give me 2 times different sanction letter & signed by me. But at the Time of disbursement he denied me & said that you are not liable for this loan. But the Bank employees marked lien marking of 12 lakh against my property in patwar khana ( court.) While I went to bank then he is not ready to return my orignal papers . Bank employees wastes my 2 months & not given any amount of loan. In this process I spent approximately 50000 for completing the documents ( as per bank employees demand). I Belonged from a poor family & due to Misguide of bank employees now me and my whole family fully harreshed. I request you to please help me ASAP.
