amazon send my refund back to my bank account but my acc is not showing it

at 24 june i buy a test paper from amazon but then i cancel it after some day then they send my refund after some days but my acc is not showing that reciveing amount then i talk to the customer care of amazon they said we had transfered ur refund to ur account so its ur banks responsibility then i went to ur offline bank then share this concern to the manager but he denied that e cant do anything in this this is ur and amazons fault plz help
