Fund deduct neither reverse nor Transfer merchant account

I had did transaction to Yes Bank on dated 07.06.2020 from SBI account for amounting Rs. 2,30,362.00. But till date, Yes Bank said they did not received any money nor reverse money. Kindly Trace my transaction or reverse me money.
