Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Okesh solanki S/o Shri Ramesh Chand Solanki .
From my SBI saving account No. 32854680509 , INR 6500 (and INR 89 as interest) has been deducted on the name of over draft charges (19/04/2020)by SBI.
But I never applied/received for any OD, even no any amount has been credited in my account on the name of OD account (Neither reflecting in my bank statement)
But, bank penalized me for this by deducting INR 6589.
When I contact to SBI , they are not giving proper clarification.
According to them I withdraw the same amount from SBI ATM (dated on 16/12/2019) ,but in reality I didn't do that transaction , even this withdrawal is also not reflecting in my bank statement ( I shared my statement with them as well ).
But they are neglecting these facts and evidences and justifying that deduction from my account.
And they close my complaint regarding this issue from their end , without solving the issue.
So I request you to please look into this matter and help me to get refund amount and close that OD account asap.
Because I have to pay for rent and to meet other expenses as well , and this amount of INR 6589 is significant amount for my monthly expenses as student.
I need it badly,
And one more thing , as I told you I'm a student residing in Delhi but my SBI account is in Gwalior, MP (my native place).
So,when my brother visited the home branch , but bank employee denied to help and misbehave as well.
Please do the needful asap.
