deduction of money without my information, no otp, no information was shared

Dear Sir,
i got to know recently that on 10/04/2020. An amount of rs. 17100/- was deducted without informing me anything before hand. i don't have any knowledge where it went. kindly see in to the matter and reimburse my money asap. in this circumstances of lockdown i am already struggling with job and other fiscal issues.
