Sir, recently Rs 11.50 Deducted from my SBI Bank Account for DOM surcharge / tips dtd 05-01-2017 on purchase or swipe in petrol pump for Rs. 100 of petrol. This is not fair because government insist us to be cassless. Bank wants always to use Debit/ Credit card for shoping and other but if they deduct such charges without any prior information, this fraud to us, Customers will not insist to be cassless.
