debit card not reissue expired since 2 months

Our Rupay debit card 6521 xxxx xxxx 8178 expired on 05/2022.We have not received the same new card at our registered address.
Our other details are as under for reference:-
Type of card:-DEBIT RUPAY CARD.
Expired month:- 05/ 2022.
Name on card:- None.
Branch name of Bank:-GOTRI ROAD.
Bank address:- Central bank of India,G.F.Shop no.1,Block A,Signet plaza,Kunal cross road,Vadodara-390021.
we already email to customer department of bank but no response.Delay of reissue since 2 months hence kindly do needful help.
