Debit card not issued after expiring

Dear Sir ,
My account is in Bank Of India , Bakhtawarpur Delhi 110036, My Debit card has been expired in April 2020 but new card has not been issued till now. I have already submitted ATM card form and service charge for same has been deducted from my account but till now not received ATM card. A huge inconvenience is causing to me due to this. Please help me.
