I am suhani patel.
Few months ago i have used credit card of Kotak mahindra bank and i have paid all the dues as per credit card statement and already closed all the EMIS as per credit card department instructions. but still bank persons are coming to home and asking for more amount then usage when i have paid Rs. 25102/- and as per my account showing there is no amount pending to pay. but bank persons asking to pay 21000/- still. And amount is going higher day by day. They are mentally disturbing me and my family members and when i visit to bank they are not going to cooperate us anyway. please do the needful and kindly revert back as soon as possible. Thanks
