Respected sir,

I am Glad to inform you that i have taken a loan from L&T finance Company with agreement number 2612476. we have provided a ECS account for paying further EMI but we are unable to maintain a account and we are paying our EMI in Cash every month.

our all emi cleared but your collection team are harrasing us for pannelty for the same.

we also intimate your executive for change my ECS account in your system but nobody helping us for the same. as of now your collection team provided a statement that if we are unable to pay a panelty amount so then company will recover our vehicle insted of we already paid all EMI time to time.

pl suggest us what we have to do in this situation.
