Dear sir i am parmar jitendra from rajkot, my account in sbi branch from rajkot sir i was applied for cheque book 1 month ago but my cheque book not delivered to me. so today i have visit my branch so customer supporter to tell me your i hope cheque book here so you can meet the counter no 4 but this counter employee today in leave so i can talk about other staff but every tell me we have not check to your cheque book is here or not so i have meet a manager but manager tell me i can not any order to my staff otherwise you are close your account in our branch sir i tell only manager to please sir cheque my cheque book here or not but he is answer to me close your account and get out to my cabin. sir we are poor people it means we have not eligible to any quection or complaint to manager or other staff so he was only one ans close your account to this branch. sir now i transfer application to other branch but sir my question is i sir manager this behavior is right or not.................
