Hello,
This complaint is regarding the multiple ECS request charges even after paying my EMI. IndiaBulls Dhani has initiated the multiple ECS request even after paying my EMI and for every instance my bank which is kotak Mahindra Bank charged me Rs 500/instance which is equivalent to Rs1000 and now they are denying the refund. I demand my 1000 rupees refund as I've already paid the EMI so this charge is illegal. Please consider my complaint.

This complaint is regarding the multiple ECS request charges even after paying my EMI. IndiaBulls Dhani has initiated the multiple ECS request even after paying my EMI and for every instance my bank (State Bank Of India) charged me Rs 295/instance, I have been charges total Rs. 1475 and now they are denying the refund. I demand my 1475 rupees refund as I've already paid the EMI so this charge is illegal. Please consider my complaint.
