ATM Cloning, I've lost 40000 rupees because of ATM cloning in Ghaziabad

I've lost 40000 rupees because of ATM cloning in Ghaziabad, UP on 4th June 2018. Notified the bank on the next day. Reported the case on 6th June 2018 at SSP office, Ghaziabad. An initial investigation is being done by the police then an FIR will be launched. It's been a week but there's no visible progress. As per the RBI guidelines bank has to reverse the money in 7-10 days. But SBI is too adamant to reverse the money. I don't know what to do. Please look into this matter.
