ATM deduct my money without receiving - Union Bank of India

After too much complaining and visiting to the branch of union bank of India, I requesting to you now.
Me and my family is the Customer of Union bank of India since 15 years, in the month of January I required some urgent transaction from indian bank atm (Jamia millia delhi) on 09/01/2018 at 9:00 to 9:30pm of Rs. 10, 000/- but ATM show the message "server problem" and amount did not come out from ATM machine but amount (Rs. 10,000/-) was deducted from my bank a/c, i complaint 3 times in my branch bank Raebareli, bank employee not interested to solve my problem, they told me that you got your money.
Please help me regarding this transaction.
