ATM amount deducted from account but not came out from ATM

Dear Sir,
I have a account in Union Bank (14/15-F Block, Inner Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001)Account No =307802010868539 by the name kanhiya lal
on the 10-Nov-18 around 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm I had visited corporation bank ATM (Plot No. 2151, S. R. Plaza, Sector 16, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012)
with my union bank ATM card to withdrawal 10000 rs when I was using the atm machine in the particular time machine deducte Rs. 10000 from My account but money
was not came out by the ATM machine after all requirlly complain with both banks including FTS Departments but they didn't Take any action as well as corporation bank manger (Mr.Vatik)
is not ready to provide CCTV Footage for this particular transaction no. (504456305756) because if you will see the trancation in CCTV footage you will get the truth that amount deducted but
the consumer did not get in their hand.
It is request for you kindly check my Transaction with CCTV Footage, and take the strong action against the calprate person and provide my Rs 10000 amount as soon as possible.
