ICICI Bank LTD. complaint Credit card wrongly debit amount

I was holding icici credit card no. 4477460578362008 but cleared by dues in 2011 and also got letter as well as mail from ICICI Bank on 25 July 2011 that I have no outstanding, but still it showing dues in my card and this I got to know from my CIBIL report its reflecting that the said card number 4477460578362008 is active as I was under the impression that its already closed. I have the said letter as proof of deactivated said credit card (attachment below ). When I mailed ICICI Bank in March 2019 they said within one week they will revert and after reverting they said I have to clear my dues and when I said I will escalate to the higher authority they said they will reply on 10 April 2019. I got the reply from their side that I have purchased in April 2016 thats the reason my dues are showing. I cannot understand when the credit card is deactivated in 2011, then how can purchases be there in 2016. This is the reason I have escalated this too, please help Regards deepak kanodia 9920983986
