I took a copy of PMFBY's ANNEXURE C form from Dadri HR dated 17/11/2020 shgb atela distt charkhi HR. which went bad due to falling in the mud outside the bank. Not giving on demand again. RTI has revealed that the bank can give a copy again after taking charge. Please bother to get it done again
