श्रीमान जी ,
निवेदन है की मैंने अरविन्द कुमार पुत्र श्री सूरज भान गाँव अटेला कलां ,डाकखाना अटेला खुर्द तहसील व् जिला चरखी दादरी haryana ने दिनाकं 13 मार्च 2020 को सर्व haryana ग्रामीण बैंक (kcc no- 80118800014492)अटेला गाँव अटेला तहसील व् जिला चरखी दादरी haryana से प्रधानमंत्री फसल बिमा योजना का ANNEXURE c फॉर्म की सत्यापित कॉपी सहायक प्रबन्धक राहुल से मांगी थी . लेकिन बार बार मांगने पर भी यह कॉपी आज तक दिनाकं 31/०5/2020 उपलब्ध नहीं करवाई . बैंक प्रबंधक से भी मोखिक रूप से कहा . लेकिन मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ .बैंक कह रहा है की यह कॉपी हमने पहले ही दे दी . लेकिन जो कॉपी मुझे दी गई वह सत्यापित कॉपी नहीं है . मुझे सत्यापित कॉपी दिलवाने का कष्ट करे . धन्यवाद सहित .
