निवेदन है की मैंने दिनाकं 13 मार्च 2020 को सर्व haryana ग्रामीण बैंक अटेला ,गाँव अटेला तहसील व् जिला चरखी दादरी haryana के सहायक प्रबधक राहुल से प्रधानमंत्री फसल बिमा योजना का खरीफ की फसल 2017 का Annexure c फॉर्म की सत्यापित कॉपी मांगी थी जो नही दी गई . कृपा दिलवाने का कष्ट करे . धन्यवाद सहित
