Respected sir/madam
I am Sariya Asra custmer of your bank in unnao branch for 6-7 years bearing account no.730010510001991. I was trying to card swapping transaction and the transection doesn't proceed and the decline slip is received by swapping machine. But the ammount of 270 rs is deducted two times. And one more time the same problem i faced and this time transection was 510 rs. I received SMS about deduction of amount all time. I have attached screenshot of transection. Kindly look my matter and credit my debited amount as early as possible.
