10000 Rs stuck into ATM machine

I have withdrawn 10000 Rs from axis Bank atm on 16 Aug 2021, however due to sudden electricity failure cash was stuck into the atm machine and cash was deducted from my account.
I have already raised a complaint twice on 16 Aug 2021 And 27 Aug 2021 under complaint no UOO1610428 and UOO1613324
however both were rejected for a reason that amount already received.
I would like to have cctv footage of the atm which shows that amount was stuck into the atm machine due to electricity failure.
