This communication is complaint against the charge that I have not paid my credit card payment instalments, although I have paid
Rs. 1,44,407/- through regular monthly instalments, including the interest for the period of 05/04/2019 to 07/04/2021.

I am having SBI Credit card No. 5172 5277 2761 3268. The card is issued to me through Mr. Meet, an executive whom I met at a petrol pump at Rajkot.

Mr. Meet particularly confirmed to me that I can re-pay the loan amount borrowed against the credit card through monthly instalments. Based on the same I have applied for the loan of Rs. 1,00,000/- and the same is sanctioned. While I had a talk with one of lady customer care executive at SBI Credit card customer care centre on April 08, 2019, I have been informed to deposit Rs.500/- to convert my loan payment into monthly instalments. Accordingly I have paid Rs. 500/-

Since then I have re-paid the loan through regular monthly instalments till April 2021. The total amount I have paid is 1,44,407/- against the borrowed amount of 1,00,000/- Details of instalments paid by me are shared herewith for your ready reference.

I had a talk at SBI Credit card customer care centre to inform about the amount paid by me so far. But I have been informed that re-payment of my loan is not converted into instalment and still Rs. 82773/- are yet required to pay. I was shocked to learn the same.

Due to a mistake of an executive of SBI Credit card I find myself in a very painful situation. I have regularly paid my loan instalments, especially during this pandemic situation, facing financial crises.

Before it become too late, for a middle class person like me, I earnestly appeal you to kindly look into to award justice and treat this complain on priority. Your timely involvement will only help me to come out of this situation.
