I have not purchased any mobile on EMI, instead of that IDFC has deducted 3-EMI from my account, I visited to head office of IDFC to ask him the reason, then Mr. Tejas jariwala told me that you have taken mobile and u have to pay all EMI amount. Then i asked him on what basis you are deducting amount from my account, do you have any proof, show me the documents details, I there system, there is no my documents. Then i requested him to stop deducting amount, then he told me that we will deduct, this is fraud case you camplain it in police station.
