Wrong deduction from my prepaid account without my permission

Respected Sir/Ma'm ,
30 rs amount has been deducted for VAS without any call/msg alert.
I contacted customer support, but there is always server issue and they are saying it is not possible to refund your amount.
9th Sep 2017 Rs30 amount is deducted from my number - 7249044515.


Please refund my money back.
