The Pin of the LPG tank was already broken. How should I replace it

When we tried to attach the LPG tank with regulator we found that Pin of the tank is broken, somehow we managed that time to close the cap but now it is use less. One of your Agent have said that it will we replaced if complaint online.
So I want my LPG tank to be replaced.
