I have purchased watches amounting rs.3550 from a person in delhi..i have deposited 3550 in his account..but he neither send me courier slip or something else..he regularly said ..will do tomorrow..will do tomorrow..but he sent nothing..now he is not picking my calls..what can i do..i have his bank account number..where i have deposited and his contact number also..plz help me..
