Sukkhi online fashion store Company didn't return my Payment

Dear All,

I have buying a ring(Product No-807263567463377) online through www.sukkhi.com which cost is Rs. 218 /-. The product reach to me within 5 days but it doesn't satisfy me as like i saw on the picture, so i send a mail to refund my money so company send me a address for returning the product. I have send the product to the particular address through india post which consignment number is-EO808034483IN. it was reachd to them on 12th Nov. But still now they didn't return my money. Product cost 218 and courier cost is 69 /-.
Kindly take a look on this matter and do the needful.
