Replacement of valuable Rubies with fake stones from Jewellery given for repairs

On 20th August, 2016, I went to Nav Veer Jewellers, D-13/20, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi - 110085, Tel: 011-27940982, 45540982, Mobile: 9312215842, E-Mil: nvj_jain@rediffmail.com, with my Bhabhi Dr. Sarika Jain of Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital to give a pair of Ruby Earrings for repair. On 27th August, when I took the earrings back, I found the Rubies' colour to be different.I got the Ruby Stones checked by a Jeweller who told clearly that the settings of the Ruby Stones has been tampered with and original Rubies have been removed and replaced with glass stones. My Mother In Law's 50 yr. old earrings with pure precious Rubies have been thus stolen by Nav Veer Jewellers. On being confronted with these facts, Mr. Rajiv Jain of Nav Veer Jewellers refused to listen to our comlaints and started blaming the original jeweller who made the Earrings. We are willing to get the earrings valued for their antiquity and the antiquity of the fake stones now put by Nav Veer Jewellers.
