I am Tanuja Rawal from Sonipat. I did shopping on november second week and the bill amount was more than 10k. So, i was offered either a voucher or Steel dinner set worth Rs. 1500/-. I chose dinner set over voucher which was not available at that time and hence was pending. I was asked to come next week from the date of shopping. I went and got the answer that it is still pending. I was again asked to visit after 10 days to get the pending dinner set. I visited after 10 days and got the answer that the item is still pending/ not available. December month passed same way. Every time i visited i was called to come next week. I am very upset with this. Now, i have also lost my bill. I have not got the item yet. Had i received my item on time i would not have regretted with the lost bill. Kindly tell and suggest what should be done now, since i have lost my original bill.
