Poor customer service and making fool to customer by Titan watch compnay

Dear sir,

i have problem in my Titan watch, i visited titan show room, employee of titan showroom he told me that, your watch is discontinue and spare parts is not available, so we can give you 3000 rs for your old watch. please add extra money and purchase new watch from our showroom.

after sending many email to titan i am not getting single but when i give deadline to company repair my watch other i will take legal action then company is ready to provide me glass in 3 day.

so that mean company making fool to customer, they offer half price for old watch which is in under warranty also and give presser to customer of different type like delay in repairing, my brother is visited around 10-15 times titan showroom but not getting any solution, so after customer tired to visit of customer care and accept half amount and purchase new watch.

so i want to file the case again Titan showroom so they will improve his service quality and will not cheat other customer like me.
