Gold Coin without HallMark by FLIPKART

I had bought a 5G Gold Coin from FLIPKART vide order Order Id: OD105430965681146000. It was clearly stated by the FLIPKART that the coin is HALLMARKED.
On receipt it was noticed that the coin is neither hallmarked nor it contain the stamp/mark of the seller/maker.
The fact was brought to the knowledge of FLIPKART, who in turn informed on phone that the coin is hallmarked without any BIS stamp and I can get it verified from local jeweller. Further, it informed that the coin was purchased from local marked by the supplier and hence there is no maker mark.
It is clearly a fraud case of stating the Gold Coin as HALLMARKED without any BIS HALLMARKING.
I request you to take necessary action to avoid any further cheating by FLIPKART by mis-leading its customer.
