Dear Concern,

I have purchased the diamond ring and noise pin from kalyan jewelers. my ring was damaged with in three months. also i have visited there showroom before damaged the product and his quality or about making of ring.They Charged me huge making charges after that it is damaged. they are not ready to give me replacement of it. when i visited their showroom for this they are not talking with me in right manners whenever i bought that time they had used very soft language now i hav a problem then they changed. my ring Price was 54000. now i want to replace this product for their mistake they are telling me its worth 41000/- they ll give the another product of worth 41000/- and again they will charged me making charges on that product. means my money value of 54000 is only approximately 31000/-.....I hav visited many times for this....i have written the mail also....but nobody bothered...This is the KalYAN Jewelers. They are just making the fool to customers. pls stop that.....this is our hard money.... Also buy a noise pin worth rs 5500 app....fitting of noise is not gud ...that money also in garbage due to making of KALYAN jewelers. i wish i would purchased that from any some small jeweler . at least he leason me.This is a very bad experience with KALYAN.
what they are giving me against replacement. i hav attached the image also. pls do something....

    I am Anil Mankad. I have Lodge complaint about the problem i am facing with the onida TV i have purchased from giriya's. Details are here below. In spite of regular follow up i am not getting the problem fixed and i am wasting lot of time and money on phone calls.
    The problem is sometimes the TV would not have picture but have only sound. There would be colored line at the bottom of the TV set. Once technician came opened the set and said that the Display panel was defective and that in next four days it would be changed. Nothing happened for one month and after my follow. Then another technician came and said the set would be taken for ten days and they would keep it on round the clock to ascertain the fault and if they found any would correct it. He refused to give any stand by TV. Now they have agreed to give stand by set and correct the TV set and defective remote. However they have still not done it as promised.

    My Complaint number is 1601B226380807 dated 28/01/16. Model number LE032HAIN purchased on 24/10/15. Purchased in name of my sonHarsh Mankad.. Please advise.
