Dear team mene apke indore hospital me mother ki nose ki surgery ke liye madiclaim approval ke liye documents 19/11/22 ko provide kiye the vimla Kushwah ke nam se 21/11/22 ko mujhe aapke hospital se approval ka call aya aur 22/11/22 ko mene mother ko admit kiya usi din unki surgery ho gayi aaj 23/11/22 ko doctor ne discharge ka bola ab sham 4.30 par apke hospital se bataya ja raha hai hamne jo surgery ki uska package nahi hai hum log package update kar rahe hai kya admission ke samay hame nahi pata tha kya surgery ke samay hame nahi pata tha aaj hi hame pata chal raha hai kya ye negligence of work nahi hai
