order no 1368181 given back for replacement on 09/11/16 vde Pickup receipt no 397711956415/DFS but despite reminders not retd back .Now their customer call no is not responding at all for last several days reminder through their site was also sent four times but no response from the co.email also sent.It appears that they are trying to cheat pl takeup with the co to provide replacement immediately money already paid
