I have raised a complaint against the airtel company for wrong and fake promises. because i have purchased a Airtel X-stream plan on Dtd 26th of November 2020. at the time of plan purchased his executive says me to more benefits of this plan. he says me the this plan unlimited of ZEE5,Voot,Wynk Music, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Altbala ji such more subscription. but they don't fulfill the customer requirement. i have called the customer care center of Airtel company and talked to the customer support executive on dtd 01.03.2021. but he says me our executive will contact you next three working days. but they don't contact me. again I have called to customer care center on dtd 06.03.2021. but they don't says me satisfactory answer given to me. so i request you to please resolve my issue.
