Yesterday, on checking upon the prepaid recharge plan of Airtel, got to know about a plan of RS 299 against 2GB/day, unlimited call, with some other benefits. After doing the recharge of 299 - the information I received through SMS indicates that, there is 15GB/day and not 2 GB/day. so, my concern is why is misguiding information given on AIRTEL website, looting money of consumer and not providing the service as mentioned on the website. each day is a loss of 500 MB which at the end of 28 days is a loss of 14 GB data along with this, I have to make additional recharge of data plan to fulfill the daily need of 2 GB. being a student this additional expenditure is a burden on pocket.
Also, how can AIRTEL be so irresponsible towards their website functioning and service towards their consumers.
