dear sir
i have airtel post paid sim since 2007 and the plan is RS 50 and i am regularly using it and paying my bill on time. last month they have changed my plan from Rs 50 to Rs 200 without any reason.I have sent email and mentioned that its not acceptable to me, and sent reminders too, but they ans and stick to new plan
kindly look into the matter and help to reinstate my old plan
