On 12th of january 2018 i've registered an complaint regarding to poor network till than from now there is no improvement i'm tired of sending mails and call they are not replying me. And m using postpaid connection. So automatically my bill gets generated every single month if i ignore thna they cut down my call facilities. And now when i called on customer care thay are saying that thara is no complaints on 2018 by your side u've complained on january 2019, how is it possible sir.?? I have their mails of 2018. My outgoin call facility has been discontinued form past 4 days. They are doing fraud do something please help me.

    I too have network issues with Airtel. Their network site do not even exist in indirapuram ghaziabad but still they are selling the datacrds fearlessly and looting the innocent customers who think Airtel is a big and known brand. They are cheating crores of people in India, action should be taken against them
