Very disappointing service airtel website and paid Rs 1800. With one month free subscription

I have bought it from airtel website and paid Rs 1800. With one month free subscription(it is mentioned in their website).

Then their engineer called me that you have to recharge Rs 225.otherwise it will not work. I didn't understand this, but I recharged it. Then after 12 days, my account got suspended. I cled them, they told that you have to recharge 450.

I told them that they have to give me one month subscription free. But they told that you didn't get one month free. You have to recharge.

Then I sent them mail with screenshot of payment which has mentioned free one month. But for more than a week, no solution. Daily call and got one suggestion. It is in
