REFUND ISSUE, purchased different anchor brand electrical products from TOOLWALE.COM

Sir,
I am SUBHHASIS KUNDU an indian citizen.
I had purchased different anchor brand electrical products from TOOLWALE.COM site of Rs. 3060.67 on 10/08/16.
Before placing order I had confirmed about stock from their end through email & phone.
As per telephonic confirmation, I placed the order.
An unfortunate call from TOOLWALE.COM told me about non availability of stock and I asked him to cancel the order and about refund of money. He asked me to provide the bank details for refund on 22/08/16 and they issued a Credit Memo # 2400000012 for Order # 2401014 on 22/08/16 & to wait for 72 Hours to reflect the amount at bank account.​
On very that day when I log in & track the order, Its showing Refunded.​
But after 72 Hours and till date there is no credit in bank A/c of Rs. 3060.67/-
I had made emails but there is no response.
Also made calls and they assured me for refund but till date no credit.
Now a days they did not attend the calls also.
Getting something wrong now my humble request to look into the matter and credit the money.
