Plan Change to Rs.399 per month without my consent - DTH Connection of Airtel

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a DTH Connection of Airtel having Account ID 3018994334.

The Plan activated till 26/06/18 was Rs.299 per month.

On 27/06/18 they send us message that your Rs. 13 per day paln has been activated.

To get the confirmation on the message I make a call to customer care Lucknow on 28/06/2018 then I came to know that the Plan of Rs. 399 per month has been activated from 27/06/2018 when I ask to customer that how the plan can be changed without my permission, then he says that its from your approval while I never make a call or message to change the plan.

My grievence is that by this way of changing the plan can be loss to many consumer of India.
If this type of problem is being faced by only 1 crore person for one month then the company is getting money of Rs 100 crore per month by illegal way.

Kindly Look in to matter and save the Indian and there public also from this type of problem.
It is requested to look in to the matter
