Online purchage mobile is Defective

I online purchge Mobile from Flipcart. On date 10.05.16.(Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD20160500200639) On recieved I found there is battery problem & after complaint to flipcart they replce with new one after online checking.
The replace mobile also defective hence I againg complaint to Flipcart but this time they told this is Ok ( By online checking) we can't replace this mobile. After argue they advice to check with their authorised service centre , If they told then we replace this. Their service station is very far from my place even though today I visited their service centre but they told I have no such instrument to check this mobile & I have to first arrange then I will able to check.
So I have again visit their service station due to very far I have to spent time & money every time.
This problem today I discussed with Flipcart customer care. an'They also told this is our policy we can't do any thing.
So I request to trust upon me & refund the money.
