I got call from 08506065209, on 9th May, 2016 from shoppingbazaar. They cheated me & without my permission book a parcel for me & deducted Rs. 7699/- from my account.
When I was angry with them, then they gave me his manager's number, Hardik Patel -09205741187. I have called him & ask for the full refund. He told that first I have to receive the courier, then he send his boy & he will refund my full money. But still I have not received any courier yet. They gave me 2 docket no of DTDC courier, z87062267 & z87062290, but both are for Baroda, & I have given them address of Surat, Gujarat.
Now they says I gave them wrong pin number so courier send to Baroda.

I don't understand how to deal with them.

Please help me. I want my money back.

I have recorded some call of them. if they are helpfull to you to solve my complaint.

Even I have mailed my complaint to their given mail ID. Detail given below:

    Hi, Pooja,
    Same thing happend to me yesterday and they have deducted Rs 9999 from my ICICI account. same theory of mail and refund as well as call to Mr. Hardik for cancellation and refund.
    i m also confused how to deal.
    my question to you is: have you got your money back?
    Please tell me what to do...

    Hi Dinesh same thing happend with me on 28 july 2016

    I was requested for know my reward point of my ICICI Bank account from bank site on 27/07/2016 . a sms was generated that our employee will contact you within 24 hours .next day on 28/07/2016 on call came on my mobile call by a female ,she say that "I am calling from ICICI Bank you want to know your reward point but there is need to know some basic information she asked my ATM Card number and cvv code , after that she detect Rs. 8297/- from my account , after that she say I am not speaking from ICICI Bank . I request for refund then she gave me on contact number of Hardik mobile number 09205741187 he said that refund immediately is not possible but i will send you a courier when receive courier then call me I will send our person and he will refund my money he ask my address and send courier on 2/08/2016 but not send his person one his person send me courier tracking detail from mobile number 09716781577 . till date he is not refund my money . i search detail of hardik with contact number we found that many people are fraud by this person . so please take necessary action against him to stop fraud by this person and refund my amount.
